At Ical Dumpsters we are committed to providing our customers with flexible and fair service options. Understanding that plans can change, we've crafted our refund policy to offer peace of mind when you book with us.

 

Cancellation and Refund Guidelines

  1. Cancellation Notice:

    • Full Refund: Customers who cancel their booking more than 48 hours before the scheduled delivery date will receive a full refund of the deposit and any pre-paid fees.

    • Partial Refund: Cancellations made within 24 to 48 hours of the scheduled delivery date are eligible for a 50% refund of the deposit and any pre-paid fees.

    • No Refund: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled delivery date will not be eligible for a refund.

  2. Modifications:

    • Changes to the rental period or dumpster size requested more than 24 hours in advance of the scheduled delivery date will be accommodated based on availability, without additional charges, except for any difference in rental costs.

    • Modifications made within 24 hours of the delivery date may incur a change fee, subject to availability and the nature of the request.

  3. Service Issues:

    • In the rare event of service disruptions or dissatisfaction, we encourage customers to contact our customer service team immediately. We will work diligently to resolve the issue, which may include service adjustments, partial refunds, or a voucher for future services, depending on the circumstances.

  4. Weather or Unforeseen Delays:

    • Deliveries or pickups impacted by severe weather or unforeseen events leading to service delays will be rescheduled at no additional cost to the customer. If rescheduling is not possible or desired, a full refund will be offered.

 

Refund Processing

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days of the cancellation confirmation. Please note that processing times may vary by financial institution.

 

Exceptions

  • Custom orders or special disposal fees are non-refundable once service has commenced.
